Glucose is the fact that the body burns as fuel. The body has a surprisingly complex system for storage of fuel, and release it as the body needs it. If it were not for this opportunity, you have to constantly eat food to give your body energy.

Your diet is successful when you take in fewer calories than your body burns. When you do this, you force your body will eventually move to long-term energy storage: your fat cells.

However, before your body turns to its fat cells as an energy source, it first uses its short-term energy storage: starch. Starch, as clusters of molecules of glucose that the body is destroyed for use after the blood glucose gets used up. If you are still not eating, then as soon as all the starch molecules are used, then the fat cells have resorted K.

Healthy way to eat it a few snacks during the day, providing your body with the fuel as necessary.
